What is included in the registration fee?
The registration fee includes entry to all scientific sessions, the exhibition area, coffee breaks, lunches, and a certificate with CME hours.
How will I receive my CME Certificate?
CME certificates will be sent electronically to the registered email address within 7-10 working days following verification of attendance at the scientific sessions.
What is the cancellation and refund policy?
Cancellations made up to 30 days prior to the conference are eligible for a full refund minus processing fees of USD 50. No refunds can be made for cancellations within 30 days of the event.
Do you provide invitation letters for visa purposes?
Yes, registered delegates who have completed their payment can request an official visa invitation letter from the conference secretariat via info@eventcentrics.com.
